Read and Run Fitness is a book and running club that links language learning with exercise, changing how students read, discuss hot topics, make new friends, explore their natural surroundings, and stay fit. Research shows that students learn better if they combine studies with movement and exercise. This is the mission of our dynamic program, which brings socializing, experiential learning, and fitness all together at the same time, under the sky in the great outdoors. Students read inspiring books, stimulate their minds with running, and talk about what they're reading with interesting people that share their passion for exercise, learning, conversation, community building, and the natural world.
