Victoria Adams is the founder of A-HA! Innovations, the brainchild of a project she undertook while pursuing her MBA. Her company seeks to create products for higher achievement in educational settings. Their core product, Engear, is an educational engagement device intended to be used to foster learning. Engear encourages student ownership of learning by visually revealing to students how active they are based on teacher input through a software application. Her company is still in the “seed” stage of development and in the process of waiting to develop a prototype. In the mean time, Victoria works on other startups and is pursuing her passion by participating in a professional development program for women in tech in Silicon Valley.
