(Currently in early design stage with minimal funding) Website & Application-based employee scheduling software with integrated ancillary technologies, such as automated biweekly & monthly scheduling at the click of a button (5 seconds to do), Group/Individual/Team/Blast messaging, and Location-based clock-in abilities. Shift managers will have the ability to use employees' listed availabilities in the system to, at the click of a single button, create schedule that is then sent via notification to all employees. Employees then have the ability to change shifts at their free will, via a single click of the "Find a Cover" button in their schedule. Managers are then notified of any changes and are able to approve or disapprove the shift change.
The system also allows employee clock-in and clock-out via location services on mobile devices. The system will track employee hours worked and fill out time sheets as necessary to assist in the payroll process. Managers will be notified of employees' locations when they are late to work, but within a set radius of the location of the worksite and their estimated arrival time.
